Roland Daniel, 26, is the father of a beautiful two-year-old daughter named Riley. Based in Chicago, Roland is a multi-venture entrepreneur who believes in building successful businesses in order to create a strong foundation for the next generation.
He and his family are dedicated to building a brighter future for their baby girl Riley, and the Dovetail Project is proud to award him the Dovetail Project Superdad of the Year!

The Dovetail Project is a nonprofit organization in Chicago that gives fathers the skills and support they need to be great fathers for their children and great men in their communities. For the last eleven years, we have been on the front lines of serving thousands of Chicago's youngest fathers who have the least access to resources, whether it’s through our globally recognized 12-week parenting program or our groundbreaking Fatherhood Relief Fund.
